buy and hoping to influence a better buy price. Smells like a
bottom to me in many respects.

Prechter). There is very good moola in catering to the insecure
and uninformed investor.

does run a couple of etfs in Canada and the Risk etfs On & Off, but they are indexes
You're right, Palladin, predictions should carry a probability of success, which anyone can figure out using options pricing.
