GGN is currently priced about 12% over it's NAV and is very
close to its 52 week high of over NAV price. CEF investors really
watch this number and this can very much cap the upside. Now I am
assuming that the cefconnect.com data is correct on this spread. Of
course, do your own dd.

considering this trade but may not be familiar with trading closed
end funds.
GGN generates cash for distribution through trading calls. I
have owned it for years and a premium has never been a concern,
unless I was trading it in short term bouts.
