Connors and Cesar Alvarez. It deals specifically with the scaling
in RSI 2 model
I down loaded it to my kimble from Amazon for 99c I think. Don't
think I can get it off my Kimble
All data is there for about 25 ETF's for long and short side
trades for quite a few years. From memory the best one was ITF with
a 94% success rate
Unfortunately from a pessimistic view it has not been much use
for a while as everything has been overbought forever and nothing
is below it's 200MA in my trading area. ( options so I need
liquidity)

Search in stockcharts and there is a code to paste in for the
advanced scan for O/B and O/S. although other scans will find OB/OS
easily also
