    googool's term is more correct but some systems will still call this a stop limit order. The "Stop" price  is where the order goes into play, the limit is the most you are willing to pay (or accept if a short or a stop out from an existing long position). If this is confusing ask your broker for definitions of the various orders they have available.

    but stop limit becomes limit order on stop.

    but the general idea is obvious, you need to check with you brokers order types
