You can go long the stock and buy a debit put spread
pretty cheap on LVS for protection. YOu can finance
it with an out of the money call. I just looked
it up... You should be able to get about a 4:1
risk reward by using Nov and Dec options...

Any opinion on LVS for a breakout? This is pretty much range bound between 36-50 for last 1 year.
Any technical opinion strictly based on charts?
also MGM earnings tomorrow....
