In order to save to your computer, use your mouse and 'Right
Click', then click 'save as' in order to save to your computer.
If you left click your mouse instead, it may try to open it,
therefore 'Right Click' instead and click 'save as'

Is it only I that can not download those ELD and TSW files? That dropbox link just returns an error page for me.
