New Spy system

Ok, I apologize in advance that this is probably been covered but there are just too many pages of posts to sift through to find the answer.

I know folks have been talking about the double/triple version ETFs....but I wanted to ask you all, instead of shorting SPY, could not one just use the SH etf?? Granted it won't track exactly the same but might that not be a solution when the system says short?

Lastly, Matt/Steve/Tom...here is a thought: perhaps a blog topic just for SPY System questions comments etc.

Also, then how does this work now that the system is live that those who don't subscribe will see those that do discussing it after the fact??? I suppose like any of the other systems , folks can get in later and out later?

Perth, there already is a separate blog for SPY folk.  You go into the SPY section and then click on Trading Communithy and you'll see it.

I only see the SPY tab when I view the blog Non-Threaded.  It doesn't show up in the Threaded view.

    Thanks, guys!

perthx -- using SH is a good answer for trading the system in IRA accounts.  Doesn't address the question of leverging up though, by using SSO, etc.       I believe matt has written that there will be a separate blog page for the SPY system for people to discuss it, ask questions, etc.   Doesn't seem like there would be much to discuss, but I guess people will want a forum.................But I believe matt's wish is to keep discussion of the system, when it signals, etc.  off the regular blog.

    Shorts

If your not allowed to short in your account.. I would think that the SH would be a logical choice.
