It is a crime reduction strategy, and it looks like it is going
to work. When the inmates who successfully applied finally get out
of jail, they wil need $8000 less in crime income to maintain their
lifestyle. : ) Our world is that much safer!
somewhere between $35-40K per year to incarcerate non violent
Federal offenders. We should offer them $2500 a month and let them
go!! Think of the savings!! $5-10k per year per prisoner!!
And the messiah's stimulus spent over $200k per job it
supposedly created...Betcha those folks woulda done better with
checks from the govt for $25k/yr for 8 years.
There is no spending problem, it is only a tax problem.
