I usually don't hedge, I play stocks that look good on their
own.
now I do try to focus on hot sectors i.e. if I see that a
particular sector has a good chart pattern, such as oil sector or
bank, semi, etc then I will try to focus on stocks in those sectors
that have nice patterns because I know that a raising tide tends to
raise all ships and so the probability is higher.
