yes the IYT Renko chart is updating, there are no new boxes,
Renko charts only include a new box when the price moves
enough. Do a Google search and read up on Renko charts.
They are not like candlestick charts that include a new candle for
every time frame. You only get a new candle if the price
moves enough to generate a new candle
here's the current chart, so no new candle.
The box size is 0.8 points, that means that
IYT has to move up or
down 80 cents before you get a new candle
Do you have a Stockchart membership? Because when you pull
up the chart, it's listed ont he settings below, here's an image,
if you have Stockcharts membership, all the settings to any chart,
Renko, candlestick, etc are always listed at the bottom
10 min chart uses 1 point, 5 min uses 1.1 point.

what is the box size or period for the SPX 5 and 10 minutes you have linked to in the past?? On the 30 minute i see it is 8.
