junkie - First off the

    Matt - SSO intraday

junkie - First off the system takes both longs and shorts of course.  The system uses a long MA to denote the trend, for example the SSO 34 min system uses a 138 simple MA to note the trend (the other systems I have use different MAs), therefore if SSO is over that MA, the system only takes longs and buys on pullbacks.  When the SSO is below the 138 MA, it takes shorts.

Here's another example: here's my daily SSO swing trade system (not intra day), all trades are taken at the end of the day.  On this SSO swing trade system, it uses the 138 MA to denote the trend.  As you can see, the SSO went above the 138 MA in May; before that time all the trades that the system does are shorts.  After that time you see Longs (very nice long where it bought in June as you can see.  The June Long trade was long for over a Month! so a true swing trade system - see the attached chart.
