If we get one more higher high before 1:00 on XBI = $56.80ish,
then we could get a really low risk short. I think this tiny
pullback in XBI gets bought, and we push once more creating some
nice negative divergence eon the 5. Just sold a quick LABD position
off the lows (possibly too early and I could be wrong).
Last night ES was up 3.00-4.00 points and SDS was between $19.09
and $19.14 on the bid-ask. This morning -- at one point -- ES was
only up 2.75 and bid-ask was 19.02-19.11 with orders being filled
at $19.07.
Entered very close to bottom. This is why 3X Leveraged funds are
tougher in so many ways in terms of risk. My limit was $44.10, but
the lows are higher. Bid ask spread not conducive...
We break down much more, and so goes this $#!+ show you
discussed. We have a few layers of positive divergence developing
intra-day, I am not shorting this support right here on XLE. I am
waiting for a bounce or more of a confirmation.
Looking for a lower high on XLE before a break below support.
XLE doesn't ever just fall out of bed. If one gets short at
support, it hurts.
This could be a fractal right shoulder developing within a
larger head and shoulder on the 60. A break below $60.56, a back
test, and a third bar lower would confirm the rationale for
shorting with more conviction...
But all these setups require time for proper triggers and may
demand HAND-SITTING for the best entries. Many of these may go
green first and then go red for a quick pullback, only to go green
again -- very green. HALO may be a good example of this. It won't
be easy. One that is really fun with a trigger is, NK.
Lots of these setups are at upper BBands. Doesn't mean they
won't go, it just means they might need to pause first.

You just have to buy when the range tightens. It just loves a tight oversold condition
AAN has short (short) term resistance @ $25.87
