Just noted from my RBC trading platform VLNC which Steve mentioned in last night newsletter has 13.86% short interest. Amazing fot a $1.00 stock imo
VIX is at hod at 20.02
Broke out but then fell back a bit . wants to try to stay above 23.05 on 2nd attempt
Trying to breakout with o/k volume so far
