the moderately hawkish Fed comments about continuing plans to
shrink the balance sheet. If the economy is weakening as much as
yield spreads suggest, the Fed is going to do an about face. I
guess that's what the market is telling us. Traders don't believe
Grandma's rhetoric.
Really impressed with the way the financials are trying to shrug
of lower rates. Nice hollow red candle, right under major MA and
trend line resistance. If XLF can break above this resistance I
think that would be awfully bullish for most everything.
I think you're right. I hadn't seen that story at the time.
Given both these stories the futures are actually holding up pretty
well tonight. See what the morning brings.
