stockcharts is a must, also worth it for the members articles.  For streaming charts I have been using TC2000 but this is an experiment coming to an end.  Its ok, but a little buggy, and why not use tradestation?  I'm planning to re-open my old tradestation acct -- if you trade actively or have a balance of over 100,000, the platform is free.  I prefer trading at IB, I think the fills are better and also short stock availability, but itsd worth the effort to open a tradestation acct for the platform, I think.  PLUS, that's what Matt and Steve use.

Have you used Interactive Brokers?  no great platform, but great products and fills.

its funny - over at Stockcharts two of their main chartists, who don't often make firm forecasts about the future of the market, have come out with firm, opposite views.  Chip Anderson is sure we're in a bear market, which I would think as well, but Arthur Hill has decided that we are definitely in a continued bull market.  Interesting juncture we're at, for sure.

I like McClellen, he's great to read and I generally agree with him, but he's like the guys at ZEAL -- extremely entertaining, but you can't trade according to their prognostications, you'd go broke.

but that would affect the price of silver vs gold.  Its the bullion premium that's high.  I think its purely a supply/demand thing.  The demand for bullion right now is higher than the demand for paper silver.
