Matt, I have heard you and steve mention the nested 1,2 a few times this year. I have had trouble finding a good technical definition. Wondering if you could provide a little more detail on the technical structure.

Just to make sure I understand you correctly here. Since predominant trend is down, VVIX closing below 110, one could use his as a potential trigger to put on hedges? and then close out those hedges when VVIX closed above its upper bollinger band?
