So what is the best way to know when a new trend starts in the STS tables.  Is there an alert system or do I need to manually check daily.

Can someone tell me where to find this information on the website for the table below? I hav e been going to systems, then either kss trend or tables.  The table that I see doesn't look like the one below.  Or perhaps a better way to ask the question is, how do I know on any particular day there is the start of a new trend on something like Meta?

Almost into my buy zone!  When vix falls to lower band of supply, I buy vix calls between 23 and 25 strike  out in Sept (that way my timing doesn't need to be as good).

Can someone tell me how to find the current table on the website of the 2023 spy trades?  I go to the systems tab and spy but I only see old data.

Does anyone have the long prices for the open spy trades?

Another interesting one  in the commodity arena to watch here is PDBC  for gap fill.  PDBC is a non k-1 etf  total commodity basket.  The huge gap down was due to a capital gain distribution they did.  They did the same last December and it more than gap filled.  A good play especially if the dollar keeps falling.  Pretty low risk here and you can always use the a bit below the low for a stop.
