Deutsche(Buy) notes the deal's valuation (2x
estimated FY13 sales) is in-line with the that paid by Nuance for
recent acquisitions, and thinks it's evidence
P-E firms are "becoming more active" in the medical transcription
and records space.

lesson learned as I'm taking 1/2 profits when the target is hit and then using the 9day moving average as a trailing stop combined with daily macd.
we lost power friday afternoon and not back online until 10pm saturday so i feel for those with out !
