Yes Steve.  Here is my thought...USA is the biggest economy on the Globe....Why is there not a USA Sovereign Wealth Fund?  Instead  there is $30T+ Debt.  Very few in DC interested in seriously managing to generate GDP and USA Wealth.   Someday the Voters will wake up to this problem.

You are adept at your method rbreese and its interesting to follow your intraday short position comments and I learn from them.   If I am reading you right, you seem to be entering (short) early on the gap up for select names and scalping the first move.  I'm trying to develop a similar intraday method...still a work in progress me as a day trader.   I happen to be long in RIG as a trend follower on the daily but that's an additional method for me.   thanks for sharing.
