VIX gap on the lower side? I see ONLY 1 gap at 13.26 from the 16th of July open! Is this correct???

Thx guys! Germany had last year nearly 250.000 asylumseekers! Unitl May 2023 round about 100.000! Only a small part of them will work here! So may be we have a bigger problem than the USA! ;-) We have more social standards than US, It´s not funny here... now!
