But this one really caught my eye. So I looked back over the
last 3 years and there has never been a reading this high.
April 2008 approached 2.2. Even October 2008 was 2.1, though
for several days. There is some seasonality helping prop this
up, but this makes you wonder if someone knows some news
behind the news.

I do not have a problem getting into Tick Tools. You may have just been too early and got the login screen for the PC.
