Hello - I have some questions about Tradestation. I have been
using it for 6 months and repeatedly have the same problems. 1) I
go to the TradingApp Store and try and download some apps but I
repeatedly get the message: Error Accessing TSTradingApp Store
Agent. That file is on my computer in ProgramFiles(x86)>TS10.0.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall TS: no luck I have tried to
remove the TradingAppStore folder in AppData>Local>TS: no
luck (it does get replaced with a restart). I have spoken to Tech
Support multiple times but they don't seem to have an answer. Any
suggestions?
2) Whenever I shut down TS (it seems to need to be restarted at
least every 2 days) I have trouble reloading Workspaces. They
slowly load charts then hang up with an Error Message - either
Failed to Connect/Link May be Broken or Error Occurred during
activation of Chart Analysis. Usually a workspace finally opens
with 1-2 charts missing. I am using a Cat6 ethernet connection. Any
suggestions? It usually takes me several hours to get a saved
Desktop back up and running. Is this just standard for TS? I have
no problems with NT8 or TOS.
I am using Windows 7 with an older workstation computer that has
12 cores/24 threads and 24gigs of RAM. Will upgrading my computer
make a difference or will I still have the same problems?

Dark Pool Trades from prior week , 11-9 to 11-13, sorted by
symbol. Red means especially high volume, green vs blue are for
visual assists. These are the non-exchange trades that occur
between the largest fund & bank & exchange traders. This is
an Excel file - not sure if I can share it here.
My target is 2730-2750. The 61,8% fib retracement is at 2737.5.
The trend channel line and the 987 day SMA intersect there as
well. The date will be just before tax day, April 15th. Short term
we are up until we hit the downsloping pitchfork line.
