They have a conference call this morning at 10 am. The
current founder is stepping down as CEO. They are bringing seasoned
professional to be CEO. They announced that earings and
revenues would be above expectation. New product coming in
the second quarer of 2013. This stock has a high short
interest. I expect it to be at least $30 in the first quarter
of 2013.

year/year to $268.9 mln vs the $258.33 mln consensus. With regard
to its outlook, co states: "The integration of Forecast Trading and
CompressorWorks is proceeding well. We have maintained all the
major accounts from both companies; sales are achieving
expectations; and we have begun work to generate savings in product
cost and operating expenses as we integrate the operations. We will
achieve some of the savings in 2012, but the bulk of the savings
will be reflected in 2013
FSIN hit a 52 week low of $4.06 on June 17, 2011. They
have $3.52 per share of cash and book value per share of
$9.29. The Chairmand and CEO of the company has a going
private transaction offer of $11.50 per share per share.
Fushi's Board of Directors formed a Special Committee of
independent directors to consider this proposal. The Special
Committee has negotiated and executed confidentiality and
standstill agreements with each of Mr. Fu and Abax. The
Special Committee and its independent financial and legal advisors
are currently facilitating the due diligence investigation of the
Company by Mr. Fu and Abax so that they can be in a position to
submit a firm, fully financed offer to the Special Committee.
The Special Committee, with the assistance of its advisors, is also
considering other strategic alternatives to Mr. Fu's proposal,
including any other acquisition proposal that may be submitted to
the Company or to the Special Committee or remaining an independent
public company.
CVVT has made several positive annoncements over the last
week. Today they announced they signed a strategic
relationship with Sinopec International Petroleum Service
Corporation. 52 week low was $2.58 on Friday, June 10,
2011.
CVVT appears to be breaking out from 52 week lows set on June
10, 2011 of $2.58 per share. The Company has made several
announcements over the last few days of new orders.
CVVT appears to be on the verge of break out from 52 weerk
lows. Today they announced $50 million in new orders over the
next 2 years. On May 31, 2011 1,676,000 shares traded versus
3 month average volume of 539,000 shares.
