I've got to give this up.  While my money is out of gold and qqq I figured I'd make some fast money on one of Matt's  trade idea last night.  So many of them make so much money, it's amazing how many big winners he has.  But not the one I pick. TWG triggered this morning, I put in a limit order to buy at 2.50  while it was up around the high of 2.53.  Looked back an hour later, my buy had executed and it had dropped to well below the trigger point where I would have put the stop at 2.22, and I sold it at 2.10.  16% loss in an hour  Sheesh.  Think I'll stick with the KISS systems from now on.

I agree. It needs to be taken care of now, don't wait.  This stuff is lower priority.

Hi Performance KISS Question - I'm dipping my toe in the water following a couple of 130 min index KISS trades.  I got an SMS that UPRO 130 went flat at 10:50 am at 82.68.  I quickly logged in to my account and sure enough, I was stopped out at 82.68.  I got another SMS at 1:01 PM saying that UPRO 130 is now Long.  Thinking the system must know it's a V bounce, I logged back in and rebought my position at 84.51 even though the system price shows 83..45.  The V bounce ended right about when I bought at 2:10 pm, and it drifted down to close at 83.80.  It's off another 60 cents in pre-hours this morning.  I'm wondering if this is normal for these systems (I see it happening with URA regularly), and that's just the nature of the system?

Bought some TCPC in my Roth this week to reduce the volatility and the trading.  So now it's down 2.3% today.  Do I need to put in a stop like all the other holdings?

I don't understand the value in receiving 4 new very small STSes in the last 2 days for AGQ 130.  The last one was an increase of 0.02.  Also URA 60 went long yesterday at 9:40 (based on my text), set a new STS at 11:41, and then went flat at 1:00.  Are these just a few little glitches/bugs still being worked out in the Beta version of the High Performance KISS system?

SOXL Long - overbought, sorry

SOXL Long - I've been waiting on the KISS system to buy SOXL during this rally, but it didn't go long until yesterday.  After an almost 50% run up from the lows, it seems like too big a risk to buy now, with all the indicators screaming oversold.  Pondering whether to take the plunge...

So the big question for today - do we dare hold our SOXS positions into NVDA earnings this afternoon?

Thanks for explanation.  I'm not so nimble, have to put stop order in, have to wait for settled cash to buy again.  I'll just miss some.  I'm waiting for wave C to buy again.

How would you put in a protective stop loss order if it's end of day?

IWM should have gone flat with a stop on  Jan 5 - STS was 192.5 and the low that day was 192.29.  My stop loss order was hit, yet the table still shows it long. 

It looks to me like CRWD got stopped on Oct 26 with a STS of 171.2 and a low that day of 170.17.  Seems like the % gain should restart with the new long.

Hey, is anybody (everybody) taking profits this afternoon.  I have several ETFs that have been on fire, what's the best practice for taking profits.  I'm new at this, but sure am enjoying it!!
