Guys, it really doesn't matter what the number is...  it's the mkt action that matters.

Shorting gold was never a smart trade to begin with; going against the trend -regardless of what wave it's in.

Probably most of the short sellers will be flushed out first before consolidation for a next leg up. It's a losing game going against the trend.

Probably just too many short sellers; and here too on the blog those that keep trying to short at the top. The are getting a short squeeze today; and still the trend is up. People just like to daytrade; but in the long run; they will be losers no doubt

Definately; quite a few here have been shorting this uptrend and hence the Jinx.

Remember the number 1 rule: Dun fight the trend.

I have been cautious with my longs but when I read so many here short, I became more confident in a way.

Prectcher on Gold bubble

Think Prechter is a  load of B.S. with his arguement on gold.

To say something is a bubble is one thing; to go out and short against a bubble is another; Prechter is a master in none.

Isn't it a bit late to chase now that Gold has already moved?

What would it take to get Prechter to stop of his shorts on S&P? Or is he gonna hold until he's right whenever that might be?
