LINK doesn't work

HI Folks - I'm short PAY and it does not want to break and or fill the gap below.  The chart is nuts..any thoughts, does she break or bust up?

JRCC is exploding also and nobody even commented on my post earlier (below) due to the early morning Ameritrade problems...

Hi Folks - I still own this JRCC for 5 months and finally I get a pop this morning on earnings...anyone could lookat the charts please and tell me any realistic targets? It's $17 premarket and been wound up lately with tight BB and overhead resistance of $15ish - thanks in advance., I really do appreciate!

Howdy - as a new memebr again I want tos ay that this community is AWESOME!!! and thew work from Steve and Matt is unparalled.  A few weeks back I posted asking for some help on JRCC (chart) and I recived some great feedback.  I still have the big position (160,000 shares) and the stock seems to be getting so tight...it was down today but on bery light volume, any thoughts on this...what kind of formation is this morphng into? any targets potentially good or bad...my average is $15.60...no martgin and I can hold but I like to trade every 2-4 weeks, I've owned this about a month now.  Thansk to all....Ed

Can anyone kindly please help me with some sort of chart analysis of JRCC, I have a big position and with the tight bolinger bands not sure which way this might break...is there negative divergence anywhere (or maybe positive) and or a head and shoulders, sorry I am not a technician.  A grateful member.
