Clear as mud to me

This afternoon chop always gets me. I should walk away for an hour.

I'm looking for a good intraday momentum study that will show bids being hit or offers being lifted. Anyone recommend something ? 

As we sell off, there seems to be a constant pressure of selling. I'd like a visual of that.

And quiet is SCAAAAARY!

How are we thinking about this consolidation area 3880 - 3890 ish?

Matt, it seems you are finding the 3 min chart preferable to 5 min lately. Is that accurate? 

Do the system trades (ES and SPY) work in intraday timeframes as well, or are they only successful on Daily timeframes? 

Been too long... I'm letting emotions cloud my better judgement. Just need a reset.

I was... NY Mercantile Exchange for 15 years. Was a HELL of a lot easier before electronic trading. 

I just rejoined this week, so forgive me if I missed an earlier newsletter where this was covered. That being said, I didn't rejoin and pay for a membership to be scolded like a child for asking a legitimate question in a forum. 

This is a clear symmetry break. Does this alter the longer term view of the market heading lower?
