For TD, I'd rather add to DRIPS in hard times than trade
it. Doesn't seem like a great trading vehicle, but many
Canadian banks have history of increasing dividends over time.
I think we can count on Canadian Bank dividends to go up nicely
with the price of a BIG MAC
