Has anyone here thought at least once in the past 5 years or so
that Dubai was on a crash course. Could there have been a better
example of unsustainable excess? Long term market timers would view
Dubai and it's palm leaf island and world nation island condo
developments as evidence of fools blowing their wad at the market
top. Just cause the Arabs are rich doesn't mean they are smart. I
believe that "Dubai" will be remembered in the same light as Canary
Warf.

Reminds me of when the Japanese were on top of world making fortunes in U.S. market while apparently giving it all back in Vegas
