i guess masking the true figures by those dropping off the radar

whether the market wishes to heed or ignore this.
Yes, and what the press and average Joe don't think about is
those who's unemployment has run out and the fact that you are
talking about an ever shriking job force. If a company started out
with 100 employees but now only has 20, who can they lay off?
