    Dylan--I know your in real estate--I just signed a 10 year deal with NYtel--aka Verizon for 65,000 ft and I am 100% rented with over 240,000sf

    NYTel has been with us since 1965..Im not shorting real estate

    we have building in Bentonville...servicing Wal Mart vendors and the market is weak.... 82% occupied.....  location location location...

    I live in Southern California and the staying power theory may not work here in residential....lol  IMO we have another 15% down in values.

    nice.   too much land and they built too fast in Arkansas so the area is busy trying to fill vacancies.  NO money available for new construction however and when it does resume, prices of materials are going up and up... witness copper....and so it will be much more expensive to build.  The secret to being a genius in real estate is staying power... lol.

    whs956, right on the money...location, location, location.  Time will prove whether we are right, and I do not think with the bollinger baands so tight, we will have to wait long.  I have loaded up the truck on SRS
