trying to wiggle out of Rohm Hass deal...everyone knew that was
a bad deal...CEO should be fired for making it in the first
place....there are a lot of BAD CEO's out there...very overpaid
position in the US.... IMHO
Dylan - I have a client who owns a lot of ROHand he reads
everything related to the deal. According to him, it will
cost A LOT of money for DOW to get out of the deal. Some of
the mistakes the DOW CEO made are laughable. As always,

unfortunately what would happen to both companies if the deal goes thru...could be catastrophic.....they employ alot of people....
