the fed is running scared simple they don't have enough bullets if we do have a downturn. so all this data dependent stuff is just that ..they have to fix the QE balance sheet and raise rates in case we do have a problem.
RP - the problem with that statement is that they would push us into a downturn by doing what you posted below
