I just checked and 11:15 was also the exact bottom in Crude but
it didn't really take off until about an hour and a half later. I
still haven't seen any particular news associated with the point at
which it really took off.

Everything was fine, treading water... weaknes after weak data and oil lower... AND THEN NY Fed cancelled the 7Y auction and all hell broke loose...
