My 30 year Treasury chart shows that the RSI-2, RSI-4, and
RSI-14 indicators are at extreme overbought levels not seen in many
months. At the moment this is the lowest RSI-4 value on the entire
chart, and today's candle is well below its lower BB line - just
the same as all of the other extreme circumstances. The 1.382 Fib
extension line from the recent 27.49 low to the 31.40 high is at
24.28....just below the current level.
On a shorter 60 min chart, I would like the TYX to close
the day at extreme levels for virtually all of my indicators. The
modest bounce off of the 2.409 low, has taken currently away some
of that extreme condition. Any short trade her is likely to be very
short-term in nature.
