At the moment TBT is extremely oversold both on the daily
and 60 min chart. A year ago TBT did hit $38.15 at the end of
January for its most recent low. Today's $39.05 intra-day low is
just off the $39.01 low hit on 1-20.
TLT has met its measured move of 127.50ish and could be setting
up an island reversal or keep moving higher next week. I entertain
the latter possibility.
