    More so, if they go with an aggressive log curve when oil price rise, this remove any leverage on Canadian oil cies if price do rise quickly ...   

    Alberta is a high cost producing area ... even the last royalty review introduced by the PC a few years ago when Stelmach was the premier was a total epic fail and was reversed piece by piece ... 

    I don't trust the NDP ... they haven't been a year in power and they messed up the place pretty good ... everywhere those lunatics has been in power in Canada it's been a total disaster ...

    Good ... any hike in this environment would have been a disaster IMHO...   but it created so much uncertainty for months ...  plus WCS sell so much at discount compared to WTI and building a pipeline  (East or West) in this country is gettign more complicated than going to Mars ... so unless oil goes much higher, times will be though for those cie with all that landlocked oil !
