Anybody remember what the January barometer implied for 2015?
Answer: Since it failed to close higher in January...this barometer did not favor a strong year. The stronger years coincide with a positive January.
2016 may also not be a good year, 8 years since 2008 and before then, another 8 years back we had the crash in 2000. Time will tell...
