As of Feb 26 NYSE and NASDAQ will phase out Stop Orders and
good-till-canceled orders. I'm not sure it was already mentioned on
the forum. If not check the link

Wonder if brokers will still come up with some way around
restriction
I just checked with TD and ITrade. They confirmed Stop Orders
will be gone by Feb 26. Canadian Exchanges ( whoever cares) should
still accept these type of orders. Could Matt/Steve comment
on that situation ? Thanks

I called IB. They said that they will handle it internally and that functionally there will be no difference.
