why you see the refiners doing well (margins are high). With
that said, one should be trimming and trailing stops on those
holdings.
TSO / VLO has been reaping it in during the last oil downturn
... cheap and more so abundant feedstock, producers are
stepping over each other to offload it ... a refiner's wet
dreams LOL
