I currently have TWTR Call Options that have exploded today
(350% gain w/stock up 6%). I feel like there's more upside
potential, but don't want to lose the current profits. Any opinions
on it would be great!
I would book them & look for re-entry on another pullback to
a higher low as there is divergence on the daily 5RSI & MAs are
not yet fully lined up bullish.
Some of the action in $TWTR yesterday was a large trade in the
Sep 50 calls which looked like they were being bought - today's
open interest drop confirms that they were being sold. Nice drop on
the open. Glad you booked at least some of those big gains.
The alternative would be to sell half to 2/3 & put stops
under the rest at the point beyond which you don't want to give
back profits. Not a big proponent of stops in options, though.
