will be 'observing' the status of other Russian ethnic regions in
Ukraine. fwiw, I think Putin is just getting warmed up. (other than
talk, there won't be any global obstructions to this intrusion).

Reuters, citing Interfax, says the Russian Black Sea fleet says it has no plans to launch an assault on Ukranian military units in Crimea.
The latest round of risk aversion today was sparked by comments from Ukranian defense sources saying they had been given until 0300 GMT to surrender.
