could you post your chart on uso? I charted the retracement on
both daily and weekly and they come back closer to 71.70. Maybe I'm
doing something wrong

maggi- trying to be helpful....maybe i am confusing
you......the 74.60 was a July 2006 peak price. Your low could be
the one.....mine...at 47.39...is the low of a triangle.....in fact
a double bottom around may june 07. Took that for a
sort of ending triangle configuration....but ...your estimated
71.70.....could also play.....lets see....but 74.60 will also play
....may not be the last low...though.....

i made a wrong date post for the price peak i mentioned to
you.....it was in 2006 ...not 2007......so i was making the
confusion..... not you.....never mind...its already below
that price...(USO).
USO 75 is exact 61.8

USO 75 is exact 61.8 % retracement....and could coincide with your Oil retracement chart.....

maggi- you maybe took 42.56 as the low....in which case ....your projected 61.8% retrace is then around 71.70/80......

Dont know how to post the chart. I give you the prices: High: 119.17....Low: 47.39. Difference: 71.78 x 0.618= 44.36........119.17-44.36= 74.81.
