delane - keep moving out those homes in California and when
you're done come to Arizona - we have a ton on the outskirts with
no end in sight. Phoenix not as bad in most areas.
Nice option play on WM - just make sure to sell it before the
shorts take it down again.
I love phoenix! I think SD peaked in november 2005 (so the
banks say) SD were the earlier ones to peak so of course they
get out first, When did arizona peak? 2006/2nd quarter?
real estate cycles are alot like stocks, count the waves baby.
Orange county is about a quarter or two behind peaking than san
diego, fwiw.
