one to watch for possible entry; they did a huge
secondary at 2.75 jp morgan placed the deal,
priced at a fresh 52wk low , they are also
selling $200mm conv pfd to time warner as well,
if they can take it through the offering price of 2 75 may
have some upside; very speculative
