the media is in full hype mode (sandy is out frankenstorm is in,
merger of 3 storms). already saying worse than last year when we
had 12 inches of snow on my lawn. (took down trees which took down
3 poles in front of neighbors house - no electric for 8 days)
comparing to storm of '38. or worse. current tract (will change)
eye hits between manhattan and long island. 5+ inches of rain
with winds north of 40 mph. (plus swell from Atlantic/long island
sound.) fyi - i'm putting wellies on my chickens.
