I had the same at both Schwab & Fido-- where I used all my
cash ammo to the max. I could buy, sell & buy again-- but then
had to wait for the initial sell to settle - 3 day wait- before I
could sell that 2nd buy. It's pretty standard stuff at most major
brokerages I learned. if you find an alternative let us know please
