I have used DUST in place of shorting GDX with some mixed
results. DUST is 2X so it moves much faster. The best
approach that has worked for me lately is to sell half of DUST as
soon as I get 3% profit. I also use Renko 0.25 chart and ema
6/10 to time my entry's and exits.
