Similar ban was put in Aug time frame here in 2008 and in Oct was a meltdown...I think we are getting closer to some larger decline
And the market went ballistic for two days ($spx rallied from 1133 to 1265; xlf rallied from $16.11 to $23.22)..... then the selling got really bad.
