BAL the cotton ETN is showing strong money flow but has not yet
moved in price from its recent lows. MACD is showing cross.
would this be a buy if the Market does not sell off. Need
some help with this one.

BAL was unable to break above 20 D MA to target the 50. Bearish
movement off 20 pointed to more downside. A couple of days closing
above the 20 with the 2nd day price close higher than the first
would really help any bullish short-term view.
seasonal cotton charts, one for the dec contract & one for
the march contract, looks to me that cotton historically chops now
and sometime around thanksgiving look for a buy trigger if you want
to trade bal
